Position Overview:

Job Description
Stay updated on the latest applications and technologies in industrial automation and intelligent manufacturing. Research existing production processes and use new technologies to enhance production efficiency and quality control.
Understand and monitor industry trends. Collect information on advanced equipment from peers in the industry. Responsible for or participating in collaborative research, development, procurement, and implementation of automation equipment and PLs.
Responsible for or participating in the development of technical agreements for new equipment. Oversee installation, debugging, process validation, mass production confirmation, and organize relevant departments for final equipment acceptance reports.
Responsible for or participating in setting parameters for equipment's electrical, PLC, touchscreen, inverter, and servo driver systems, as well as diagnosing communication control technology and upgrading programs.
Participate in troubleshooting discussions for complex equipment issues and promptly respond to electrical/mechanical technical support requests from the equipment management department.
Understand the control principles and system design of new equipment/automation PLs. Have the ability to independently resolve equipment issues during operation and support process engineers and mechanical engineers in compiling and releasing operation and process procedures and related documents.
Responsible for the design of solutions, electrical diagrams, wiring diagrams, PLC, and HMI program writing, as well as process and production implementation for small to medium-sized non-standard equipment on PLs.
Responsible for selecting electrical modules, network structures, sensors, control components, and other project-required items.
Participate in or collaborate with mechanical engineers and mold engineers in project implementation and results tracking.
Responsible for creating and publishing technical documents, operation manuals, and maintenance manuals for new equipment/automation PL equipment.
Participate in/support new product development and mass production implementation.
Implement company decisions and adhere to the management and other work assignments from superiors.

Vacation Policy

Employees with more than 1 year of service are entitled to paid leave days for that year, increasing by one day each subsequent year, up to a maximum of 15 days.

Working Hours

Day Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM (with 1-hour break), Saturday and Sunday off.

Rotating Shift (Comprehensive Working Hour): 8:00 AM ~ 8:00 PM (with 2-hour break), working four days and resting two days.
